Emmanuel Haizel is a Chartered Engineer and Project Manager with over 16 years of international multi-disciplinary project experience within operator and contractor organizations including drilling, FPSO project engineering, performance management and reporting. His industry exposure spans West Africa, Europe, East Africa and North America. Emmanuel has been involved in Onshore/land and deep-water oil and gas exposure ranging from basin opening exploration and appraisal activities, greenfield developments, Pre-FID (Final Investment Decision) to first oil, facilities engineering and brownfield FPSO modifications. He has also been involved in Operations and Maintenance activities across the value stream. He is a Project Manager (PMP), certified by the Project Management Institute, (USA) and a professional engineer (CEng) chartered by the UK Engineering Council through the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, UK. He is also a registered professional Engineer (PE) with the Ghana Institution of Engineers. He is a Mechanical Engineer, holds an MBA from the University of Leicester, UK and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Emmanuel has trained, mentored, and coached managers and leaders across different industries internationally. In Africa alone, Emmanuel has trained project leaders and executives from countries including Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Congo, Kenya, and Ghana.
